from tanglewood pharmacy to tanglewood gifts

Since 1989, my husband and I have owned Tanglewood Pharmacy & Stationery in Houston, Texas. It was one of the top stationery and gift stores in the state. In 2008, we sold the pharmacy and renamed the store Tanglewood Gifts and Stationery. Over the years, I consulted with many private and corporate clients, including Olympic Gold Medalist, Mary Lou Retton, one of my first brides.

The national press prefers to call us the store of the rich and famous. Our clients include past presidents and first ladies; astronauts; sports legends; rock and movie stars; celebrities, socialites and local legends, attorneys, physicians, clergy, and businessmen. They live here and some elsewhere: Colorado, California, New York, Wyoming, New Mexico, Mexico, and all around the Lone Star state. They consider us as their stationery resource, “deep in the heart of Texas.” The important thing is they call when it needs be creative
and when it needs to be right.
